Adlib Young Performers

Adlib provides the opportunity for students to learn from a dedicated tutoring staff who are experienced working performers, directors and producers. As well as many unique and exciting opportunities, Adlib is always devising new ways to develop student's knowledge and abilities and in 2009 Adlib launched its Production Classes, a new and exciting programme open to all students wishing to challenge themselves and broaden their abilities. the Junior Production Class, for ages 6 - 14 years, enables studentes to learn about the process of production, from auditions to performance, and will eventuate in the production of "Honk Jnr" in 2010. The Senior Production Class, also known as 'Masterclass', will promote skill development in all aspects of acting and, over the course of the year, will present three productions including a Shakespearian play. Applicants 13 years and over are encouraged to apply.

In 2010 AYP will also be launching its new Film and TV classes, as well as the Adlib Internet Channel 'Omega'. Students will also have the opportunity to work through individual assessment levels in the 7 Skills -7 Levels programme.

	Get Some Drama in Your Life



Adlib Entertainment has been producing quality theatre for thirteen years and Adlib Young Performers has been helping young people develop presentation and acting skills through its drama and theatre program for the past eight years. Over that time, hundreds of children and teenagers have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Adlib community which prides itself on providing an environment where students feel safe and are free to be themselves.

Adlib Young Performers is always striving to challenge it's students and offer unique opportunities for youth everywhere. Some of these opportunities include: The Adlib Youth Impro Games which, last year, attracted fifteen secondary schools, both government and private. The City of Casey Environmental Expo, which has showcased Adlib Young Performers for the past six years. The production and launch of the Safe Start CD for the City Of Casey Performances in both the Maroondah and Dandenong Ranges One Act Play Festivals.
